Create an access grant

Set SEAM_API_KEY and replace the example device ID with a connected Salto device that supports this operation. Create a time-bound Access Grant, then retrieve its access methods and check is_issued before sharing a code. Review the model requirements and follow the Access Grants guide to check issuance.
