Request a remote unlock

Set SEAM_API_KEY and replace the example device ID with a connected Genie device that supports this operation. Check can_remotely_unlock before sending the request. Inspect the action attempt and result.was_confirmed_by_device; success alone does not prove physical-device confirmation or that a door opened.
