It connects to doors with electric or magnetic locks, enabling unlocking through the Latch system via apps, door codes, or keycards. These always-online devices stay connected via Ethernet and Wi-Fi, capturing a high-resolution picture each time the door is unlocked for enhanced security. Property managers can remotely control access and review access logs. Each Latch R2 lock requires a $5/month subscription, available through email or phone. Compatible with garage doors and elevators, the device requires Ethernet or Wi-Fi, a power source, and interaction with a relay, offering simple management through Latch Mission Control to unlock your building's full potential.
