How Guesty grants access to millions of guests using Seam
Guesty is a property management software that helps property managers manage hundreds of thousands of listings globally. Guesty uses Seam to seamlessly integrate smart locks and thermostats into their platform to provide a seamless guest experience and operate operations for hosts.
Challenge
Guest access can be one of the most challenging and operationally intensive part of managing a portfolio of short-term rental listings. A single guest unable to enter a listing can lead to bad reviews for hosts. Naturally, property managers are looking for ways to automate guest access to avoid these issues. Guesty often heard from its host customers about the need for integrating access automation into their PMS platform.
